Introduction to Full House Forever
Full House Forever is a fan site for the popular TV series Full House (1987-1995) and its successor Fuller House (2016-2020). The website is fanmade and has no connection to the creators or cast of Full House and/or Fuller House. The website was created and is maintained by Martin van Dam, a Dutch fan of the show. The idea of creationg the website came when he was looking for a place where he could publish his Full House fan fiction stories, but gradually more information was added.
The name of the website is a combination of the title of the show and the song "Forever", performed by one of the main characters, Jesse (John Stamos). Full House Forever is also meant as a statement that although the series ended back in 1995, Full House will live on in the hearts of many fans forever. And the spirit of the show is kept alive by the growing amount of fan fictional stories that people write.

Past versions of Full House Forever
On January 2, 1999, the first version of the website was released on Geocities. This website was soon replaced by a custom html website on Xoom.com. During the years, the lay out and the hosting provider have changed several times. Soon after the website was launched, more sections were added, like the Character Guide, containing information on the characters of Full House, and Pam's Corner, a section dedicated to Pam Tanner, including fan written highlights from her diary. Another important addition to the site and the entire Full House community, were of course the Full House scripts.Starting after the updates of March 4, 2007, the website wasn’t updated until February 11, 2012, as the owner of the website became busy with other projects.
The “restart” of Full House Forever was inspired by Martin noticing that many of the other Full House related websites that once existed had gone offline, were abandoned or no longer fully functional.
On April 1, 2013, a new version of the website was released, with the code being completely rewritten. It was only then when the website finally lost its frame structure.
