Michelle makes a New Year's Resolution to be extra nice to everyone. However, that backfires, especially with Rachel. She gives Rachel what she thinks will be a really glamorous part she got in an ice show, only to discover the part Joey gave her involves being dressed as a penguin - which Rachel hates - while skating, then getting a pie in the face.
