Pam's Corner - Pam's Diary Highlights

December 20, 1984

Dear Diary,

Well, it's Christmas time once again. This year, Stephanie is starting to be at that age where all she cares about on Christmas is presents, presents, presents. Though she is not even 3 years old yet, she still is totally present-crazy. I remember one time when Jesse and I were kids, and Jesse was present-crazy, our dear old dad took him to a homeless shelter to see how some people spend their Christmases. Maybe, in a few years, if Stephanie isn't over this, I should take her to a homeless shelter. It worked on Jesse, and believe me, not much worked on Jesse as a kid.

D.J. is going to be quite the woman when she grows up. Though she is only seven years old, she seems very mature for her age. Especially compared to that Kimmy Gibbler that recently moved next door. I'm proud of D.J. for trying to be her friend when no one else will, but man, that kid is a wild child.

Well, I had better go; seeing as how Danny volunteered to go shopping for Christmas dinner, and I think he's back. I have to go downstairs and make sure he bought the right stuff.

Love,

Pam
